Tararà is a Cannonau Riserva that stands out for its elegance. On the palate it is not too bold, nonetheless intense, structured, lasting, and balanced; its refinement can be seen in its distinctive garnet-red color. The grapes of this precious Reserve comes from a selection of Cannonau grapes; these grow in vineyard areas where the yield per hectare is very low, producing an aromatic wine, rich in polyphenols. After a long fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, the wine is transferred to oak barrels, where it spends eight months.
The aging process is finished with the refinement of the wine in its bottle. The pleasant bouquet of ripe fruits together with notes of toasted oak and vanilla create an exquisite harmony, which enhances the intense aromas. A mix of spices and vanilla aftertaste embodies the dry and velvety qualities on the palate. Our Tararà can be perfectly paired with aged cheeses, complex meat and game dishes.
The ideal temperature for this wine is 18°C to 20°C (64°F to 68°F)
